Privacy Policy

Your organisation has not published its own privacy policy in this workspace yet. This summary describes how the service handles personal data. Where your organisation publishes a policy, that policy applies.

Who is responsible

Your organisation decides how this service is used and is the controller of your personal data. The service provider processes that data on your organisation's behalf, under a data processing agreement.

What data is processed

Account data (name, email address, role and sign-in records), the content you and your colleagues create or upload (briefs, documents, prompts, generated copy and comments), and technical data such as activity time, error reports and security logs.

Why it is processed

To provide the service: sign-in and access control, generating and storing content, collaboration, security, support and usage reports for your organisation's administrators. Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

AI processing and sub-processors

To generate content, the text you submit and relevant extracts from your organisation's knowledge base are sent to the AI model providers your organisation has enabled. Hosting, email delivery and, when enabled, payments are handled by sub-processors. Ask your administrator for the current list of sub-processors and the regions where they process data.

How long it is kept

Data is kept while your organisation's account is active, or as agreed in its contract, and is then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Send your request to your organisation's administrator or data protection officer, who handles it with the service provider.
